Day 1: Perth - Kalbarri (PL,D)

WildblumenWildflower stops at the Mount Lesueur National Park. Then we continue on to Port Gregory with its Hutt Lagoon (pink salt lake, its beta-karotine is farmed for the food industry). Lookouts along the coast like Natural Bridge and Castle Cove

Day 2: Kalbarri - Monkey Mia (B,PL,D)

Murchison RiverKalbarri National Park with”The Loop” und ”Z Bend”, ”Nature's Window” as well as ”Hawks Head”. The spectacular gorges wind 80 km through the National Park . Over a period of 400 million years different coloured sands have been deposited in the area and now form the red and white bands you see today. Shell Beach consists of millions of Coquina shells and is up to 10 m deep and 110 km long. From the 50m high cliffs at Eagle Bluff Lookout we have a panoramic view over the Western Gulf of Shark Bay with the Useless Loop salt mine, Dirk Hartog Island and Denham. Very often we can see sharks, manta rays, eagle rays, turtles, schools of fish in the cristal clear waters

Cape PeronWe are waiting for the dolphins to visit the beach.Francois Peron National Park, offers us dramatic landscapes and interesting fauna like thorny devil, racehorse goanna. Dugongs and Manta Rays can often been seen from the cliffs at Point Peron. The rest of the day will be spent at Monkey Mia. You will have time for optional boat excursions or for the visitors center which offers some insight about the dolphins with films, lectures and exhibits.

Day 4: Monkey Mia - Dongara (B,PL,D)

StromatolitesWe visit the shell quarry and the Stromatolites, (oldest living fossils). Stops along the Shark Bay coast.
Overnight in Dongara

Day 5: Dongara - Perth (B,PL,D)

Stockyard GullyWe either stop at the Grigson Lookout for another view of the Mount Lesueur area or visit Stockyard Gully National Park. This is part of an old stock route and the endemic plantlife is famous for its variety. (depending on the season). Now we head to the Nambung National Park with the Pinnacles, about 150,000 bizarre limestone formations up to 5 m high. Guilderton, a small holiday and fishing town, is our last stop before we are heading back to Perth.
